Refund & Return Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Please contact us if you’re unsure whether your item qualifies.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired product.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (within Pakistan)

  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days

  • International delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount.

  • Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your delivery status.

Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors like weather conditions, courier issues, or customs clearance. We’ll keep you updated if such delays occur.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, delayed beyond a reasonable time, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We’ll assist in investigating and resolving the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. NF Skincare is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.


Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window

  • You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order — as long as the order hasn’t been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

How to Cancel

Email us at nfderma@gmail.com or use the contact form with your order number and request for cancellation.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved (i.e., before shipping), you’ll receive a full refund using your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Orders Already Shipped

Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return once the item is received, following our Refund Policy.

Order Modifications

If you need to make changes (address, quantity, product type), please contact us immediately after placing your order. Changes may not be possible once processing has started.
